The program also includes paint tools in which you can shadow text, blend and color wash, draw lines and curves, rectangles and ovals. You can choose from all sorts of different fills and mask functions. WebPaint supports the following image formats: BMP, WMF, JPEG, PCX, TIF, TGA, PNG and GIF.
